Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market rate multifamily communities. In this on-site role, you'll complete work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, and common areas to ensure safe, high-quality homes for residents. You will troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, respond to emergencies, and partner closely with property management. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Perform unit turns, painting, and minor renovations to prepare apartments for new residents Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas Inspect property regularly and address safety or maintenance issues promptly Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and work order documentation Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as assigned Uphold safety standards, building codes, and company maintenance procedures Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to support resident satisfaction Contribute to a resident-focused, respectful, and accountable team culture Required Skills Apartment maintenance Plumbing repair Basic electrical troubleshooting HVAC maintenance Carpentry and drywall repair Appliance repair Preventive maintenance scheduling Unit turns and renovations Work order management Safety and code compliance
