- Friday 8-5 On-call rotation (approx. every 5 weeks) Must have your own tools Responsibilities/but not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Heating and A/C repairs
- Turnaround maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Lock changes
- Minor electrical repairs
- Additional responsibilities as directed
- Shoveling/Salting in winter as needed
- Must pass background
