$26.25 - $32.00 per hour Job description:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for the safe installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of production equipment to support manufacturing operations across all business units. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on production machinery and equipment Install, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Complete preventative maintenance and fabrication projects Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing process Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner Work collaboratively with production teams across all business units Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred Plastics industry experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Experience with metalworking, mechanical systems, and basic machining Hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical experience preferred Basic computer skills are helpful Additional Information Pay is competitive and based on experience Overtime opportunities available Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow
