Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities within the manufacturing environment as well as building upkeep. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with production machinery and equipment.
• Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Installing new equipment, ensuring proper alignment, and setting up machinery for optimal production.
• Maintain the physical plant and building, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Adhering to safety regulations and ensuring all maintenance activities are performed safely.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance procedures.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
