Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment while minimizing downtime and supporting safe production operations. Shift 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM-2:00 PM Optional 2nd
Shift:
6:00 PM-6:00 AM 2nd
Shift Differential:
Additional $3/hr
•Bonus $5000,
•$2500 after 6 months, $2500 after 12 month Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Diagnose issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals . Repair/replace motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, gearboxes, and other components. Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance calls. Maintain maintenance records and assist with equipment installations/upgrades. Use CMMS and follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Operate material-handling equipment such as scissor lifts. Support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience . Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Experience with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment. Basic computer and CMMS experience. PLC troubleshooting/automation experience preferred. Welding/fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
