- Must be 55 years of age or over to qualify for this unique experienced worker program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building/ facility maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows, and ability to learn Metasys HVAC control software
Duties Include:
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and utilities
- Identify building system issues and plan repairs
- Provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs
