A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
Atlas Staffing has partnered with one of the top circuit board manufacturers and we are looking for a Maintenance Technician like you to join their team. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. This position will also assist in the upkeep and repair of the building facilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Use PLC, electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair building and production equipment as needed. Maintain physical property. This may include painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and large repairs to building and equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance work and other preventative maintenance tasks. Assist in new equipment installation and modifications of equipment as needed. Maintain all walkways and entry areas of the facilities. Assist Facilities Director in developing maintenance priorities. Remain aware of personal safety requirements associated with each task. Wear personal safety eyewear and utilize other protective items as required for the task. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Respond to safety concerns identified by the Safety Committee and other personnel in an efficient manner.
