Apartment Complex Maintenance Technician Pine City, MN Area Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing general apartment complex issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct Move-In and Move-Out Unit Inspections
• Turn units promptly upon tenant move-out, including cleaning, painting, and necessary repairs. Qualifications
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment found in apartment complexes.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset when interacting with staff and tenants.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs is preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing and ability to perform basic plumbing repairs is preferred.
