  Our client, Food Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

• 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
• What's the Job?
• + Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on production equipment, control panels, motors, sensors, and power distribution systems.

+ Install, configure, program, parameterize, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley VFDs (PowerFlex series and similar); diagnose faults, replace drives, for conveyors, shredders/dicers, Fanuc Robot and Matrix VFFS packaging equipment.+ Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and electromechanical systems.+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC ladder logic, and technical manuals.+ Support mechanical maintenance tasks as needed (bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pneumatics).

• What's Needed?
• + Hands-on experience troubleshooting and working with Allen-Bradley VFDs (PowerFlex 525 or equivalent).

+ Solid understanding of three-phase power, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), sensors, and basic industrial controls.+ Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.+ Knowledge of lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and industrial safety practices.+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade school preferred.
