• Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on plastic extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment problems Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V 3 phase Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Diagnose electrical circuits and PLC components Repair and replace components on dryers, crystallizers, extruders and winders Use hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools to complete repairs Maintain detailed maintenance records Fabricate repair parts and machine guarding as needed Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Manufacturing maintenance experience required Electrical experience, including 480V 3 phase, strongly preferred Candidates without 480V 3 phase experience must be willing to complete company paid electrical training Building or apartment maintenance experience alone will not qualify High school diploma preferred 3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Salary Range:

$28.00/hr

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
