Pay :
$28.00-$31.00 an hour with $1.30 shift differential on anything after 5:00pm.
Schedule :
Day shift: 4:45am-5:00pm
AND Night Shift:
4:45pm-5:00am on a 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!
Overview:
Support production by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills and basic electrical knowledge who enjoys keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors, conveyors, and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime. Repair or replace defective parts and restore equipment to proper working condition. Complete routine maintenance, including lubrication, inspections, and belt replacements. Document maintenance activities through work orders and maintenance logs. Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. Communicate equipment issues and repair updates with the maintenance and production teams. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding requirements. Assist with facility maintenance and other projects as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience or related experience. Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience. Experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, or robotics is a plus. Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification). High school diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier materials with assistance or lifting equipment. Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces when needed. Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy manufacturing environments while using required
