Our company values teamwork, professional development, and promoting from within. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of windows and doors on residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a crew of installers, coordinate project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction through precise execution of installation tasks. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of window and door installers, providing guidance and training as needed Measure dimensions on-site to ensure proper fitment of windows and doors, maintaining high quality standards Handle glass materials safely during transportation, storage, and installation processes Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install various window and door units according to manufacturer specifications Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for installation projects Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project timelines Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, drywall work, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, fixture installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, and remodeling techniques Experience with window installation, door installation and construction site safety Ability to take accurate dimensional measurements for quality control purposes Familiarity with schematics and construction plans for precise project execution Prior construction experience with carpentry skills including window installlation, finish carpentry. Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
