PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an opportunity in St. Cloud, MN. This positionbines buildingfacility maintenance with manufacturing equipment maintenance, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants to work with different types of equipment.

You'll help keep the facility operating safely and efficiently while supporting production equipment and responding to maintenance needs.

Location:

St. Cloud, MN 56303

Shift:

3rd Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay:

$28.00hour + $2.75hour shift differential

Night Shift Rate:

$30.75hour

Assignment:

Temp-to-Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility

Troubleshoot and repair RTUs, fans, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems

Handle light building and facility repairs

Respond to equipment and facility maintenance requests to help minimize downtime

Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment to diagnose issues

Complete work orders and maintenance documentation through a CMMS system

Support production teams with equipment repairs and maintenance

Assist with facility systems and outside contractors as needed

Follow all safety, quality, and workplace procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

Experience using hand and power tools

Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge

HVAC or buildingfacility maintenance experience is a plus

CMMS experience preferred

Conveyor, PLC, or forklift experience is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $30.75 per hour
