Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities including repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are well maintained. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Duties to
Include:
- Maintenance of buildings & units
- Light painting, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
- Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
- General landscaping, weed control, trimming and picking up grounds
- Snow removal from walkways
- After-hours emergency on-call
