We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in St. Cloud, MN . We're looking for a reliable, hands-on professional who can handle day-to-day maintenance needs, resident work orders, apartment turns, and general repairs. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests Perform apartment turns and make-ready work Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property Maintain common areas, buildings, and grounds Inspect vacant units and prepare them for new residents Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed Identify and report safety or property concerns Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas Provide professional and courteous service to residents Qualifications Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Apartment turn/make-ready experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize work orders Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and dependable

HVAC/EPA
