Brutger Equities is searching for an energetic, family friendly Part-time Apartment Maintenance person for our 36-unitapartment community located in St. Joseph, MN. We are looking for someone with building maintenance experience! This includes some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other basic maintenance. this position also includes some caretaking/cleaning of common areas and vacant units. The Candidate must be dependable and have good time management . A background check is required for this position.
