We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in St. Paul, MN . We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who can handle resident work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests Perform apartment turns and make-ready work Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Complete drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property Maintain common areas, buildings, amenities, and grounds Inspect vacant apartments and prepare units for new residents Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed Identify and report safety or property concerns Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas Provide professional and courteous service to residents Qualifications Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Apartment turn and make-ready experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and dependable

HVAC/EPA
