Maintenance Technician Location:

Sartell and Sauk Rapids, Minnesota (2 properties)

Pay:

$28-$32 per hour

Hours:

Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed and on-call rotation with other properties. We offer a full-time, stable position, with a supportive team environment. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing apartment community team! What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of apartment general maintenance Excellent customer service skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to communicate effectively in English Basic computer skills Reliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement Must be able to clear an extensive background check Boiler's license preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material.

Responsibilities Include:

Completing apartment maintenance turnovers quickly and efficiently Troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues Providing friendly, professional service to residents Maintaining organized work orders and maintenance areas Working closely with the property management team to keep the community running smoothly.
