ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete maintenance / projects including home renovations, apartment turnover, general maintenance.
• Responsible for maintenance including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, door hardware repairs, and carpentry.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company.
• Maintain grounds
• snow removal and sprinkler system.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Facilities Manager.
• Daily tasks with superior customer service and always represents the company in a professional manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful attitude with the residents, and staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient on a computer and iPhone
• Able to plan, prioritize, and manage own work
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to move around buildings and grounds in all weather conditions; Bend, stretch, stoop, stand, sit, balance, climb stairs and ladders; Lift, carry, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Operate plow truck and skid is a plus
