Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Park Meadows Apartments, a 360-unit community in Waite Park. What You'll Be Doing:

Complete service requests quickly and efficiently Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances Interior/exterior painting and repairs Maintain grounds and common areas Conduct preventative maintenance Keep shop and work areas clean and organized Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred Working knowledge of: Plumbing (including copper pipe work) Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches) Appliance repair Carpentry, drywall & painting Water heater systems (gas & electric) Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required

Availability:

Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 9AM to 5PM + on-call rotation
