Full Job Description Shift:

6pm - 6:30am on a 2/2/3 schedule Pay range: $30-33/hr Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team in a high‑production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This is a hands-on, multi‑craft position with opportunities for ongoing training and skill development. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on industrial equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production support needs Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe operations Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Document maintenance activities and repairs as required Participate in training to build and strengthen multi‑craft capabilities Qualifications 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Authorization to work in the United States Must provide own basic tools for the job Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance Experience in manufacturing or food industry setting Familiarity with preventive maintenance program #nowhiring
