Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) Western Wisconsin | Food Manufacturing GPAC has partnered with a well-established, high-volume food manufacturing facility in Western Wisconsin that is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team. This is a 6PM-6AM shift (Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekend) with strong overtime potential and a team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced production setting, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly. 💥 What You'll Be Responsible For Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Work closely with production and QA to ensure safe, sanitary repairs Maintain compliance with GMPs, OSHA, and food safety standards (FDA/USDA) Document maintenance activities and communicate repairs impacting production Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives 🎯 What We're Looking For Maintenance experience in manufacturing (food preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (electrical is a plus) Ability to work independently on night shift and prioritize tasks Understanding of GMPs, safety protocols, and production environments Team player mindset with strong communication skills 💰 Compensation & Schedule $26-$32/hour (based on experience) 6PM-6AM | Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekend Full benefits including health coverage Overtime available 🚀 Why This Role Stable facility with consistent production demand Opportunity to step into a critical role with immediate impact Strong team culture and hands-on leadership support Room to grow within maintenance and operations For immediate confidential consideration, send your resume to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com .
