Position Summary As a Maintenance Team Member, what will you contribute to our team? You will provide regular and preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner to all plant equipment with a home position in the process, clumping, blow molding, or conventional areas; assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts; use a wide variety of different tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment; responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments. Equipment troubleshooting and repair. Perform required PM checks and report all problems to supervision. Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and Blow Molding positions as needed. Monitor, operate and problem solve throughout the blow mold area, from material receiving to finished goods. Building and grounds repair. Utilize WMS and SAP maintenance system for work order functions. Maintain record keeping and inventory of spare parts as required. Develop training documents and train others. Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.50. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
