Job Description
Keep Our Motel Running Smoothly - Join Our Team! We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our economy motel team. If you're good with your hands, enjoy fixing things, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you. The Job You'll be responsible for keeping everything in our motel working properly - from AC units to plumbing, and from basic carpentry to pool maintenance. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position where you'll lead a small maintenance team and handle day-to-day repairs and upkeep. Main Duties Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and general building maintenance issues. Complete guest room repairs quickly and professionally. Perform routine inspections of hotel equipment and building systems. Maintain the hotel's exterior, parking lot, landscaping, and public areas. Coordinate with management regarding repairs, priorities, and capital projects. Work with outside vendors when necessary. Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete assigned work orders.
