Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our hotel facilities safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while also being a positive team player. Key Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs . Troubleshoot and address maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas. Perform trash removal and basic groundskeeping duties. Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest needs. Assist with preventative maintenance and other general upkeep as needed. Follow all hotel safety procedures and standards. Qualifications & Requirements Basic knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available to work holidays as needed. Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
