Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work alongside our current Maintenance Supervisor. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our arcade games, escape room challenges/prop setups, and multiple properties both indoors and outdoors—including our championship mini-golf course. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on arcade games, redemption machines, ticket systems, claw machines, and other electronic amusement equipment Maintain and troubleshoot interactive props, puzzles, lighting, sound systems, and mechanical elements in our escape rooms to ensure seamless guest experiences Perform general upkeep, repairs, and improvements on indoor facilities and outdoor areas, including the mini-golf course (turf maintenance, obstacles, water features, pathways, signage, etc.) Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks as needed across multiple properties Respond quickly to breakdowns or issues during operating hours to minimize downtime Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and inventory of tools/parts Assist with seasonal setup/teardown, new attraction installations, and special projects Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and operations team to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in arcade/ amusement park maintenance, electronics repair, facility maintenance, or a related technical field (preferred but not required—we'll train the right person!) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to read schematics, use multimeters, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues Comfort working with tools, ladders, and outdoor elements (Missouri weather included!) Basic knowledge of low-voltage systems, AV equipment, pneumatics, or props a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Flexible availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check Why Join Bigfoot Fun Park?
