Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking full time Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, and plumbing
- Conduct inspection of guest rooms to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facility & grounds
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist Housekeeping in Stripping Rooms on high turnover days.
Pool Maintenance:
ensure a safe, clean, and operational swimming pool by monitoring water chemistry daily, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining equipment like pumps and filters daily. (Pool experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual) Qualifications- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic plumbing repairs
