VIP Industries is looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep on vehicles, grounds and buildings.

• Class E Chauffer's License
• Class B CDL with passenger endorsement after 90 days of employment
• Conduct monthly vehicle inspections
• Minor vehicle repairs including autos, tractor-trailers, trailers and others
• Grounds maintenance; mowing, trimming, snow removal and other lawn care at all facility grounds
• Building maintenance at all facilities; painting, high dusting in the facilities and minor plumbing, electrical
• Minor repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment; L-Bars, balers, shredders, forklifts and other types of equipment
• Willing to assist in the production area as needed
• Assist with van routes-picking up and dropping off clients to/from work
• Learn how to operate a forklift
• This position will require working outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs, reach, bend, kneel, stoop and climb a ladder
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required in all functions of the operation
• Willing to train the selected candidate in areas not proficient
