Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. Your expertise will help keep equipment running efficiently, prevent downtime, and support the overall functionality of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems and electrical systems on industrial machines. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failure and extend the lifespan of critical systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Collaborate with team members to complete complex repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and maintenance. Proven appliance repair skills across various types of appliances including kitchen equipment. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams confidently. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and support internal clients or tenants. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices to ensure equipment reliability.
Pay:
$29.00 - $43.00 per hour
