Job Description

About the Role Gateway Water Systems is a local water filtration company serving the St. Louis area. We install whole-home water softeners and reverse osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners. We're looking for a skilled, dependable installer who's comfortable with basic plumbing and wants steady, well-paid work. This starts as contract/part-time work—typically 1-3 installs per week—with the potential to grow into a full-time W2 position as our volume increases. We're actively investing in our business and building our customer base, and we'd like to find a reliable installer to grow alongside us. Before installs, you will be picking up the water system for that install from our unit in Creve Coeur. What You'd Be Doing Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener / filtration systems Installing under-sink 5-stage reverse osmosis systems (and occasionally tankless models) Basic plumbing tie-ins, testing, and cleanup Providing friendly, professional service to homeowners

helping earn Google reviews after the job—we pay extra for these What We're Looking For Must be a fully licensed plumber, able to pull your own permits and perform all work in compliance with St. Louis City and County code. You're responsible for your own licensing, bonding, insurance, and permitting—we handle the systems, scheduling, and customers, not the plumbing side. Pay:
$70.00 - $125.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you currently a fully licensed plumber in the St. Louis area and able to legally perform plumbing work, and complete installations according to local code requirements? How much experience do you have installing whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, or reverse osmosis (RO) systems? Do you have your own plumbing tools and reliable transportation to complete jobs? How many years of residential plumbing experience do you have?
