1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team! Job Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in an industrial maintenance environment. This role is on 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM.

What You'll Do:
Primary focus on Equipment Maintenance; secondary focus on Facilities. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Equipment Projects:
installations, moves, rebuilds, and upgrades. Travel and Overtime will be required at times on a limited basis.

Ability to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Effective prioritization of tasks and projects. High degree of self-motivation with a desire to produce the best quality of work.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Industrial Maintenance or Technical coursework, preferred. Professional certifications are a plus. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facilities and Equipment Maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Highly knowledgeable about various mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, and plumbing systems. Proficient with the tools of the trade including core hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, multimeters, etc. Ability to accurately document equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and service records within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
