We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds & Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community in Florissant, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment unit turns, including make-ready work for new move-ins Complete general maintenance and repairs throughout the property Perform painting and sheetrock repairs Assist with preventive maintenance projects Maintain common areas, amenities, and building systems Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards

Qualifications:

Previous apartment, multifamily, or general maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license required
