Job Description

To learn more, visit us at www.cmandw.com. CM&W is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Hannibal, MO, location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairs, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of building and facility equipment and fixtures. Pay range is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
What You'll Do:
Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering plans and work orders to perform required maintenance. Maintenance and repairs may include plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems. Perform Preventative Maintenance on operations and facility equipment. Maintain maintenance of facility grounds to include snow removal. Comply with CK Power Family of Companies Employee Policies and procedures and all applicable Safety regulations and requirements. Operate a forklift and scissor lift.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant Mechanical/Technical degree preferred. 3+ years of related experience. 1+ year electrical experience. 1+ years HVAC experience a plus.
OSHA 10 / 30
Hour training a plus. Strong Mechanical aptitude. Ability to communicate professionally. Strong ethical conduct. Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel). Results-driven attitude. Customer focus (internal & external). Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The above list is non-exhaustive.
