The maintenance handyman reports directly to the maintenance manager. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license KS or MO (Class E)
• Able to pass DOT physical
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• General knowledge of commercial repair and maintenance
• Ability to make decisions and communicate with manager when needed
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload

Job Duties/Requirements:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, dry walling, and irrigation
• Minor appliance or equipment repair
• Handling emergency tasks
• Reporting larger repairs needed
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
