Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, honest, and skilled Part-Time Rental Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential rental homes and apartments in Kirksville, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a variety of home maintenance and repair tasks who is looking for flexible, part-time work. Responsibilities
- Perform general property maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace ceiling fans, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other basic electrical components
- Complete light plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and unclogging drains
- Perform interior and exterior painting and touch-up work
- Handle basic carpentry and drywall repairs
- Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
- Prepare rental units for new tenants
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend repairs when needed
- Maintain clean and professional work areas Qualifications
- Experience with residential maintenance, handyman work, construction, or related trades
- Ability to perform a wide variety of home repair and maintenance tasks independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment as needed What We Offer
