Maintenance & Custodial Technician SR Precision Holdings LLC Lee's Summit, MO Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Position Summary The Maintenance & Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting the daily operational needs of the shop. This position performs routine cleaning, machine maintenance, shipping and receiving support, facility upkeep, and general maintenance duties. Attention to detail, safety, reliability, and the ability to follow a daily schedule are essential to the successful operation of the facility. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, including bathrooms, floors, walkways, and work areas. Perform scheduled restroom cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubbing. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and shipping and receiving as needed. Clean manual machines, including Bridge Ports and lathes, and fill with oil. Clean CNC machines as directed by Management. Maintain machine coolant, perform coolant changes, and record pH levels. Maintain scrap/chip bins and collect shop rags according to schedule. Keep exits, walkways, and electrical panels clear of obstructions. Check and maintain forklift and floor scrubber battery water levels. Remove snow and spread salt as needed during winter. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks, receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and paperwork, and properly staging and storing materials. Operate the company truck for company business and deliveries, as needed. Keep the company truck clean and report required maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and complete other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow a daily schedule. Ability to safely perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ability to work around machinery, oils, coolants, and shop equipment. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a floor scrubber and other shop equipment. Ability to assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and scrap removal. Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 5+ years of previous custodial, maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred. Must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
