About Us CiCi's Pizza is committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant for our guests and team members. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and preventative maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping keep a busy restaurant operating at its best. Position Summary The Facilities & Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the restaurant, equipment, and property in excellent working condition. This position focuses on preventative maintenance, minor repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, mechanically inclined, and capable of identifying and correcting maintenance issues before they become costly repairs. Essential Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment. Complete minor plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and drain issues. Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and damaged fixtures. Repair doors, locks, hinges, shelving, tables, chairs, and dining room fixtures. Perform drywall repairs, painting, and general carpentry. Clean condenser coils and perform routine equipment cleaning. Maintain HVAC filters and coordinate with licensed contractors when necessary. Perform minor arcade game repairs and maintenance. Complete caulking, sealing, and cosmetic repairs throughout the facility. Maintain the parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, dumpster enclosure, and exterior appearance. Assemble equipment, shelving, and furniture as needed. Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts. Document completed repairs and recommend future maintenance needs. Communicate major repair needs to management. Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, or commercial building maintenance experience preferred. Restaurant maintenance experience is a plus. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders when necessary.
