[$33.22/hr] About the Role We're looking for a licensed Journeyperson Electrician to keep our plant's electrical systems, equipment, and facilities running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain everything from motor controls to fire alarm systems — with real ownership over how the work gets done. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems, motors, controls, fire alarms, and clock systems Handle routine repairs — lighting, ballasts, fixtures — and install new electrical equipment/systems Estimate cost, time, and materials for electrical projects Source and manage parts, supplies, and inventory Oversee outside contractors for NEC code compliance Respond to emergency and routine service calls Mentor and direct other maintenance staff as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED Completed electrical apprenticeship (union, in-house, military, or trade school) — Journeyperson status required Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 12K volts Comfortable reading blueprints and working with hand/power tools HVAC certification a plus Boom/scissor lift license (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license Able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces Flexible on shifts/weekend OT as production requires Why You'll Want This One [Competitive pay / overtime opportunities] [
