Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various fence styles, including chain link and steel. Will have the ability to work effectively in diverse outdoor environments. As a Lead Fence Installer, you will be responsible for constructing and installing fences that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements for our clients. Responsibilities Run a crew of up to 3 Measure and mark locations for fence installation according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials for fence construction. Perform concrete forming tasks to set posts securely in place. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to teach tasks to be performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area on sites, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process. Qualifications 5 years of experience is required for this position and references. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in fencing and construction projects. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must have clean driving record (driving a DOT vehicle) Must be able to obtain DOT medical card Provided Tools Company shirts Jeans (if needed) Winter gear
