We're looking for a dependable, motivated team member who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing a project come to life from initial concept to final product. Position Summary As a Sign Installer & Fabricator, you'll be responsible for building, preparing, and installing a wide variety of signs and graphics. Every day is different; you may be fabricating signs in the shop one day and installing channel letters, wall graphics, or vehicle lettering the next. No previous sign experience is required for the right candidate. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom signs and displays Prepare materials for production and installation Install interior and exterior signs, vinyl graphics, banners, and vehicle lettering Assist with vehicle wraps and graphic installations Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely Read work orders and installation instructions Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers during installations Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship Reliable with a positive attitude Able to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Construction, carpentry, welding, electrical, or sign experience is a plus—but not required Experience with MIG welding and basic metal fabrication preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys building and creating things Likes working with their hands Takes ownership of their work Is dependable and punctual Works well with others Is eager to learn new skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid vacation On-the-job training Monday-Friday schedule Why Join SignEffx?
