Job Description

Maintenance Technician - Full Time DC III Property Management is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in the Troy/Lincoln County area.
Duties include:
Apartment maintenance and repairs Turnovers and make-readies Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs Preventative maintenance Property upkeep Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
