We're looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Fence Installer . This position involves building and installing a variety of fences including metal, barbed wire, and chain link. Candidates with welding experience and skid steer operation skills are strongly preferred. You'll be working outdoors in a physically demanding environment, so a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to work in all types of weather are essential. We value team players who take pride in doing quality work and are comfortable using tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install metal, barbed wire, and chain link fencing Operate power tools and equipment safely Perform basic welding tasks as needed Operate skid steers and other machinery (if experienced) Load, unload, and organize materials Ensure job sites are clean and safe Follow instructions and work as part of a crew

Preferred Experience:

Fence installation (any type) Welding (basic to advanced) Skid steer or machinery operation General construction or outdoor labor

Requirements:
