Duties

• The subs meet at our shop located in Ozark, MO to go over the work needed and then are given work orders for that day.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns and relaying any estimate requests back to the office.
• Diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues the customer is having with their door or operator and performing the repairs needed.
• Installation of sectional garage doors, picking up all trash after the job is completed and wiping down the doors free of fingerprints & any markings.

Qualifications Experience in installation of sectional garage doors. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose garage door operator or sectional garage door issues. Must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable working on ladders. Capable of working in various weather conditions. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
