About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the peak performance and reliability of our industrial machinery. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, you will directly contribute to minimizing downtime and optimizing overall operational productivity. Responsibilities Execute preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of critical production equipment. Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions to restore system functionality. Perform rigorous safety inspections to ensure all machinery meets regulatory compliance standards. Document all repair activities and maintenance logs to maintain accurate equipment history. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that drive facility efficiency. Provide rapid response support for emergency equipment failures to maintain continuous workflow. Support the seamless installation and integration of new machinery and facility systems. Uphold high standards of workplace organization and safety protocol adherence. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Preferred Skills Completion of a formal technical certification or trade school program. Advanced knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies. Experience with industrial automation or PLC systems.
