Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage to ensure optimal operation. Execute maintenance painting projects for residential or commercial interiors to enhance appearance and protect surfaces. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for various repair tasks with precision. Support the maintenance of HVAC systems through troubleshooting, repairs, or system upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with a strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, electrical work tools (including ohmmeters), plumbing supplies, welding equipment, and carpentry tools. Familiarity with HVAC system repair and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, or building plans related to electrical systems or mechanical equipment. Electrical experience including electrical equipment repair and electrical work safety standards. Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repair procedures. Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus for troubleshooting automated systems.
