The Role We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and personable Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. The core of this role involves preparing vacant units for new tenants (make-readies) and handling daily work orders and actively troubleshooting unexpected repairs. Because you will be interacting directly with our property owners and tenants, exceptional communication skills are just as important as your technical abilities. You won't just be fixing drywall; you will be acting as the face of our company in the field.

Pay:
