Job Description

Position Summary:
StoneBridge Village is seeking a Part Time Facilities & Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of community buildings and facilities during the busy season. This position supports facility operations through general maintenance, repairs, event setup, and cleaning responsibilities. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable performing a variety of maintenance and facility support tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings, furnishings, and equipment. Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and other building maintenance tasks. Repair doors, locks, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other facility components. Assist with installation and repair of shelving, partitions, windows, and related items. Perform facility cleaning and sanitation to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Prepare and clean facilities for community events, including resetting spaces following events. Assist with basic swimming pool maintenance as needed. Transport materials, equipment, and supplies between facilities using light vehicles. Communicate with events and operations staff to coordinate facility readiness. Follow all operational and safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. This is not an exhaustive list of duties or assignments, I understand that I may be asked to do other assignments not listed in this description. I may also be asked to work at times not normally scheduled due to business necessity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic knowledge of building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, or electrical work. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform general maintenance tasks. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to safety and operational procedures. Valid driver's license held for at least three years with an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally (more with assistance). Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles. Work performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must remain alert to safety conditions and environmental hazards. Work Schedule Part Time Position Shift is Sat.-Tues 6:00 am -2:30 pm (some holidays included)
