Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and assembling fence components. Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and erecting fence panels. Prepare the installation site by clearing debris and ensuring proper alignment for fencing. Conduct concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for fence post installation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Assist with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as required. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry, with a focus on frame carpentry preferred. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with concrete forming and finishing is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding safety practices. Knowledge of masonry techniques is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
