Job Description
Multi-family apartment complex seeks exceptional and experienced Maintenance Technician to add to our team. We currently have 2 maintenance technicians and are looking to hire a 3rd. Growing property management company seeks an experienced HVAC/Maintenance Technician to service 3-4 properties located in and around Richmond, MO and Excelsior Springs, MO . The ideal candidate must have a proven history of providing professional and respectful customer care toward tenants and other customers. In addition, candidates must possess organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Our company promotes a cooperative and supportive environment; therefore, a friendly and courteous attitude is as important as experience. The Maintenance Technician duties would include, but are not limited to, repair and installation of gas furnace, a-coil, condensers, hot water tanks and appliances. Also to include, day to day maintenance on apartments such as basic electrical, plumbing, flooring, make readies, painting, and all manners of general maintenance. In addition, candidates must have the following: Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician. MUST have a reliable vehicle Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. HVAC and EPA Certifications are ideal, but not required. Basic to advanced knowledge of gas furnace, gas hot water tanks, condenser and a-coil installation, and appliance repair. Basic to advanced knowledge of repairs for plumbing, framing, doors, electrical, etc. Organizational and task management skills are required for this job. Some proficiency in computer applications to complete cloud based work-orders Proven ability to efficiently and successfully complete several tasks on a daily basis. Proven ability to follow directions and complete assignments by a deadline.
