Successful Completion of Martinrea International's Orientation Program Essential Functions:

Assures long-term capability and expedient repair of all building equipment, tooling and machinery Able to perform maintenance on CNC Machinery Developing and implementing a Preventative Maintenance program for all production and support equipment Documenting completion of Preventative Maintenance work and providing written reports to management Immediately responding and correcting all equipment problems that are adversely affecting quality, scheduling or cost Developing and maintaining a list of perishable tooling that is required for all production and support equipment Tracking perishable tooling inventory and initiating ordering additional material when appropriate Continuous improvement with regards to safety, production, quality and scheduling Assisting in the installation of production and support equipment Consistently following ISO standards Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee Handbook Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, for Industrial Establishments, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act Understand and be compliant with all State and Provincial laws as it relates to Harassment and Violence in the workplace.
